Refund and Returns Policy


Our refund and returns policy is 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. Please contact us promptly if there is any problem with your order, we want to make sure you love your order!

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and an explanation about what was wrong with the product.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Next we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Items will be refunded at the cost they were originally paid for and only to the same card or account that original payment was made. If this is not available as an option then store credit or gift card may be issued.


If you choose LOCAL PICKUP for your shipping option, you must abide by the rules in the email sent to you in your order.  Orders are ready for pickup at the time  you receive your “COMPLETED ORDER” email and will wait for three business days. After that point your order is considered abandoned and cannot be refunded either. Please only choose LOCAL PICKUP if you are ready and able to pickup according to the instructions available on our website.


We are glad to replace items if they are defective or damaged. Send us an email at for inquiries about such issues.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not able to guarantee that we will receive your returned item depending on the shipping service.
